  CHAIRMAN MILLER  called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to order          
 at 7:02 p.m.                                                                  
                                                                               
 CHAIRMAN MILLER brought  SB 257  (TAKING FISH OR GAME FOR PUBLIC              
 SAFETY) before the committee, and hearing no discussion, he asked             
 for the pleasure of the committee.                                            
                                                                               
 SENATOR PEARCE moved and asked unanimous consent SB 257 be approved           
 for calendaring.  Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
